1.Quality Control:
We may random check the goods for quantity, workmanship, color, size specification, function, packing and ect. before shipment to ensure the goods shipped is conformed to your requirements to minimize the transaction risks and to make your business safer in China
1)Pre-production Inspection: a visual check on the quality of components, material, and finished products at the beginning of production against client's specifications and /or reference sample.
2)During Production Inspection: a visual check on the quality of components, material, semi-finished and finished products when at least 20%-30% of the order has been completed.
3)Final Random Inspection: it takes place when the merchandise is 100% completed, packed and ready for shipment.
4)Loading Supervision: Our inspectors will reach factories, warehouse, loading place to check product's information, quality, package when loading,supervise the whole loading process and manufacturer fin
